Honest War Privacy Policy

1. General Terms

This policy describes what data may be used when the Honest War browser game operates, why it is needed, and how to contact us about privacy questions.

By using the Game, the User confirms that they have read this policy. If the User does not agree with it, they must stop using the Game.

The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

2. What Data May Be Used

To operate the Game, we may receive and use the following categories of data:

• account data: internal player identifier, nickname, the User's identifier in a third-party sign-in service, email address;
• technical connection data: IP address and other information about the connection, browser, and device;
• gameplay data: progress, rating, statistics, settings, battle history, created maps, and other actions in the Game;
• payment data in the Game: order number, item, amount, currency, payment status, and selected payment service;
• support request data: messages, email address, and other information that the User sends to support.

We do not store bank card details. Payments are processed by a payment service, for example Robokassa, under its own rules.

3. Why Data Is Used

Data is used to launch and support the Game, sign in to the account, save progress, process payments, protect against abuse, fix errors, respond to requests, and improve the quality of the Game.

The legal bases for data processing are the license agreement with the User, the User's consent expressed by using the Game, and legal requirements.

4. Third-Party Services

Third-party sign-in services may be used to sign in to the Game: VK ID and Yandex ID for Users in the Russian Federation, and Google and Apple for other Users. Data of Users in the Russian Federation is not transferred to foreign sign-in services. Robokassa and other payment services may be used for payments. Such services process data under their own rules and may request additional information directly from the User.

5. Browser Local Storage

The Game may use localStorage and sessionStorage for sign-in, settings, saving the technical state of the client, and session protection. Disabling local storage in the browser may cause the Game to work incorrectly.

6. Storage and Deletion

Account data and gameplay data are stored until the account is deleted; other data is stored for as long as necessary for the operation of the Game, payment processing, security, backups, and compliance with the law.

The User may request information about the processing of their data, its correction or deletion, and may withdraw consent to processing by writing to support@honestwar.com from the address linked to the account, or by providing data sufficient to verify the account. Some records may be kept if necessary for payments, security, dispute resolution, technical backups, or legal requirements.

7. Changes and Contacts

We may update this policy. The new version is published at the same address and applies from the moment of publication unless it states otherwise.
